By accessing this website, completing any form, or purchasing a product from Legacy Greens LLC (“Legacy Greens,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), all applicable laws and regulations, and to comply with all local and state laws including those governing the regulated cannabis industry. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Legacy Greens LLC is a Michigan-based, Black woman–owned company engaged in educational, retail, and community outreach operations under applicable state licensing.

2. Eligibility

Use of this website and participation in any Legacy Greens program is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older and to licensed Michigan businesses authorized under state law. By using this site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Scope of Services

Legacy Greens provides educational content, digital training materials, branded merchandise, and opportunities for community and vendor engagement related to the regulated industry. Our services may include:

Online educational and compliance training (digital products);

Sale of branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts and apparel);

Collection of community input for product selection;

Vendor education and collaboration opportunities;

In-store and off-site educational events.

Participation in testing, sampling, or vendor programs is for informational and educational purposes only and not an offer or guarantee of employment, partnership, or product placement.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials from our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Vendors and authorized partners may use designated sections of the site for legitimate business and educational purposes related to Legacy Greens operations.

Under this license, you may not:

i. modify, reproduce, or distribute materials except as expressly permitted;
ii. use materials for unlawful commercial purposes or public display;
iii. attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software;
iv. remove copyright or proprietary notations; or
v. transfer materials to another person or “mirror” materials on any other server.

This license terminates automatically upon violation of these restrictions or by notice from us.

5. Product and Educational Disclaimers

a. Product Testing and Sampling: Any product testing, sampling, or demonstrations facilitated by Legacy Greens are voluntary, educational, and informational only. Participants engage at their own risk. Legacy Greens makes no medical, therapeutic, or performance claims regarding any product.

b. Vendor Information: Product or brand details featured on our website or in our store may be provided directly by vendors or manufacturers. Legacy Greens is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or claims made by third parties.

c. Medical Disclaimer: Content provided by Legacy Greens is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Consult a licensed medical professional before using any cannabis or wellness product.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Legacy Greens, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, personal injury, data loss, profit loss, or business interruption) arising out of participation, use, or inability to use materials, services, or products, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

7. Vendor Collaboration & Intellectual Property

Vendors submitting products, images, or materials for educational, promotional, or product consideration grant Legacy Greens a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display such materials for educational, marketing, or public awareness purposes.

All submissions remain the property of the vendor, but Legacy Greens may use them in digital or printed form as part of community education and outreach.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials comply with Michigan CRA regulations, labeling standards, and advertising restrictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Greens LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the website, products, or participation in any Legacy Greens activity.

9. Sales, Payment, and Refund Policy

We offer digital products (training materials) and physical merchandise (e.g., apparel) for sale through our website.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable goods, all sales of digital items are final once accessed or downloaded.

Merchandise: Apparel or tangible goods may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds for duplicate transactions or unfulfilled orders will be issued upon verification.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

10. Accuracy of Materials

Materials on our website may include technical or typographical errors. We may update or revise content at any time without notice but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currentness of all information.
